3rd75th Posted August 8, 2012 Share Posted August 8, 2012 ok clicked early on, on the water tower to get the quest going for WD 2 , went and got the armoury, solar collector for it and scav truck, cant get it to lay down near lake meade, spoil this for me lol i cant seem to find a spot or even know how to activate the damn thing, or do i gotta go get some sorta plans somewhere for the tower,, again?
