[LE] Patching Mods With Conflicting Cells

I want to create a patch for two city overhaul mods. I don't want to go through the work of manually looking for conflicts cause there are just so many. What I want to do is basically "turn off" a few of the cities in one of the mods. I was thinking there should be a way to create a patch that makes the mod ignore specified cells effectively ignoring certain cities. Is this possible and how would I go about it?

In XEdit. Go to the Worldspace tab on the bottom. Right click on the City and remove the whole branch. If its an exterior city, no loading city. You need to go in the CK world. This works for interior cells too. Say you like most of Unique Interiors but want a few from Usless Interiors. Find the ones you like, right click, remove the ones you don't. Then right click the actual esp and check for errors.
