Ragnarok101
So a criticism of some of Dragbody's GUNetwork mods, especially the NPC overhauls, is that there's no facial animation, so it looks creepy. Would it be possible to fix this and give the characters some animation? Or just have a facial anim mod in general.
Radioactivelad
Depends on what exactly they did to overhaul the NPCs. Looking at a demonstration, it looks like they don't have emotion flexes and their eye's are always looking straight ahead in the direction of their face. I don't know to what degree the overhaul subverts the vanilla assets, but if it's removed those features to begin with, it's probably not an easy fix. I'm assuming most of the head, including the eyes is just a static model, with all these overhauled npcs being unique Races. I can't imagine that's Facegen's handiwork. All the overhauls are unique races, and yes, that does mean you can pick out their faces in character creation, though they're absolutely terrifying. What bothers me is that FCO managed to get unique races for characters and it still had facial animation. It's not like it's impossible. Edited May 6, 2019 by Ragnarok101
AusAllerWelt
Well, it's not impossible but very time consuming and the way to do it is not well documented. You would have to create a .tri file for every head, that means animating every single facial animation for every head that is used by those NPCs. FCO is based on vanilla heads so it simply reused vanilla .tri files. Edited May 12, 2019 by AusAllerWelt
