LE Fast weapon switching. Hotkeys mod?

I'm sure many of you have played Diablo 2 and I'm sure many of you already know you can have two weapon sets ready in that game. Well this is where the mod idea comes in.

 

I want a quick and simple mod where you can choose/switch weapons appropriate for the battle situation quickly and efficiently, since I use the 360 controller the way the sets would be toggled are by the control pad.

 

This is the configuration I have in mind:

 

Up - Set 1

Right - Set 2

Down - Set 3

Left - Set up

 

Oh and not just weapons but magic too. ^_^

the sets should also include armor in sets

There is one available, I can't remember where it is, but it requires SKSE. Would that be okay if it did require such?

Well, I know it isn't for everyone, but using a keyboard and one of the popular favorites menu mods handles this pretty well. I just don't see how the xbox controller could make it worthwhile with how few buttons it has compared to a keyboard.
