Does anyone use Skyrim Underground?

I am using a bunch of great mods, most of them are for better graphics but also some others. I now want to try Skyrim Underground. I downloaded it, installed it, ran loot to sort its order in the load order and then I try and start Skyrim SE from Mod Organiser 2 and the game never loads. Mod Organiser locks while the game is trying to load but after a few second it just unlocks again once the loading fails. I have put my load order below, can anyone see anything that may clash with Skyrim Underground because there are enough people who use the mod so I know it should work.
