JasperBark Posted April 6, 2019 Share Posted April 6, 2019 My snow elf needs revenge, and is more than strong enough to kill all of them if not for their essential status. For some reason I can't remove it via console like I can with other npcs, even members from other factions. Currently the only way I can do it is with a kill everyone mod. If you're worried about Vignar being the jarl, just have Balgruuf regain the position. And if you haven't done that part of the civil war yet but want to be a stormcloak, have some generic new npc with Vignar's voice become jarl instead.
