Lanceor
Unfortunately, there's no longer any legal way to get it without buying the GOTY Deluxe Edition from Steam, or getting lucky and finding an Oblivion Downloadable Content Collection CD from Amazon or eBay. But don't feel disheartened - any of the castle mods listed at Oblivion’s Real Estate will run circles around the DLC. :)

Lanceor
Apparently, the original DLC installers would not work on 64 bit systems. They must have calculated that it would cost more to recreate the installers for 64 bit systems than what they would earn from reselling the DLCs. ChampionofCyrodil
While Fighter's Stronghold is cool, mods like Glenvar Castle, in my opinion, are better
