Would someone be able to help me with my load order for fallout 3?

i am new to modding and still trying to get to grips with it all.

any help you can offer will be appreciated.

You have compatibility patches for FWE, but you don't have FWE. This will cause the game not to start.

 

As for you load list, it is too much of a mess to try to correct here. Just download and run B.O.S.S. https://github.com/boss-developers/boss/releases/tag/v2.3.2 Ignore any advice or warnings to use LOOT. LOOT has never sorted Fallout3 mods correctly.
