CTD On entering Fort Dawnguard (withOUT manikin.pex)

So I bought dawnguard the day before yesterday. And me, like a lot of other people are having the game crash when entering Fort Dawnguard. And the solution that (apparently) everyone else is finding helpful is deleting "mannequinActivatorScript.pex". But, I don't have that... and its impossible to find a solution online, because everyone is saying I should delete this script and that's all I need. So is there someone who has come across a different solution?

 

I would REALLY like to avoid re-installing the game from the beginning... And i don't know enough around game engines to know what I was looking at if I was told to modify .pex files or edit scripts. I will, but I don't know what they mean.

 

Any ideas?

Mine was CTD untill SkyRe got updated to fix the CTD when entering Dawnguard, so you might have a mod that effects skills in someway or something that affects objects.
