Newbie on NIF and BSa

Hi.

Ive been trying to recolor some of the clothes in the game and then save it to a new BSA file for use.

The export, recolor and add to BSA file seemed easy enough.

 

My problem comes to how to use this BSA file. And secondly, when I exported the DDS file and recolored it, when adding the new DDS Texture file to the NIF file it saves the NIF file with a FIXED address. Won't this make problems? or is the texture file stored inside the NIF file?

 

I can't find any stuff on google that tells you how to use BSA with your mods, So I ask here as lots of you guys seems to have figured it out.
