Frame Rate drops to 1fps in Dungeon (60fps outside) Oldrim

I get usually 60fps outside but for whatever reason whenever I go into a dungeon it drops to 1fps.

Is that ANY dungeon? Any interior cell? (buildings, and whatnot, as well?) What kind of mods are you using? If you are getting 60FPS outside, I don't think this is gonna be a hardware issue. :D

Its also 60fps inside houses or basically anywhere in towns, but caves and dungeons are a no no. I run re textures but Ive ran all these retextures previously I also removed all my mods and disabled all my plugin. However none of the texture or environment mods affect it because I disabled them and it still did not solve the problem.

That's just odd...... Try renaming your textures folder to something else. That will prevent them from loading. See if anything changes. (aside from a bunch of purple stuff in-game....)
