How to install Skyrim twice?

So I installed Skyrim on my machine and everything was running fine. I have been running it with only immersive, lore friendly mods and all has been fine. Then I started venturing into mods like FNIS and lots of animation mods and I have totally broken my game. From what I understand, quite a few of the mods I am using have a real problem with the way Mod Organiser 2 creates a virtual data folder.

I have to completely re-install Skyrim anyway but this time I would like to do so twice. I want one instance of Skyrim to work with Mod Organiser 2 and all my immersive, graphical mods. The other instance of Skyrim I want to use with Nexus Mod Manager and I want to use this game for playing around with mods that are fun but far less lore-friendly. I am not sure how I would install Skyrim on my machine twice though. I can install it once and rename the Steam Library folder to something else before installing it again but what about Skyrim folders in other places on my computer. Are there other folders that I need to do the same for. There is the Skyrim Special Edition folder within My Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition. I would probably have to ruplicate that folder as well.

Is there anything else that I need to do?

What you want to do is impossible... If you rename the folders, the system will simply ignore them like they are fotos folders on your desktop..
You cannot have the exact same game with the exact same version and license installed twice..

What you could do is create different profiles with your mod managers on the same game but someone more experienced in that field must tell you how cause I never needed it...
