Global variable Error, CTD, Am I doomed?

Everything was fine and dandy until I CTD with this in my warnings.txt "Expression Error Unable to find global variable "SC_Khuul_State" in script SC_Khuul_1." I saw a few people on the net with the same error, but I couldn't find a resolve. Im hoping to not have to reinstall and load all my mods again. . . Below is my ridiculous Load list, AM I DOOMED?

Minor Update: It appears that I installed a .esp file that wasnt compatible with the rest of my load out. . . . Use the MLOX program people, it will save you hours of bug hunting! :laugh: :geek:
