Heavy lag and freeze

Hi.

 

My problem: Problem is heavy lag and freeze after 5-10 seconds ingame. I'm talking a very strange lag; it's like seeing pictures slowly. In the beginning of loading a save it's all good, but then it slows down horribly. Fraps shows the FPS to drop below 8-3.

 

What I have tried: I have tried to reinstall Skyrim via Steam, and disable all mods, AND used BOSS to configure the load order. Without mods the same happens, therefore I think it's not mod-related. I just updated Catalyst to 12.-something... (used to be 11.10). I tried to Reset Archiveinvalidation in NMM. I tried to "Verify integrity of game cache" and "Defragment cache files" in Steam. I have the ENBseries Antifreeze patch.

 

My computer is good and have always taken Skyrim very well, and the calculated settings are High. I don't have Dawnguard, but I do have the latest patch. I have SKSE up to date.

 

PCB in console doesn't seem to work either.

EDIT: When I try to make a new savegame it crashes after the intro (in the horse carriage with the other captives).

Yes, I just did. Same problem still. I believe that I have narrowed it down, however: I installed a FPS limiter and now lag isn't an issue anymore. Rather it's CTD after 60 sec ingame.

 

I have NO idea what's going on. My other games run just fine, so it can't be a problem with my computer...
