Any way to disable the custom mouse cursor?

First off, sorry if this isn't the right place to post this.

I'm wondering if it's at all possible to disable the custom software cursor that Fallout 3 has and replace it with the default windows cursor. I want to record some gameplay with OBS, but it's annoying how the mouse cursor pops up in the middle of the screen every time you enter dialogue. I've scoured google and can't seem to find any solution, so this is my last hope for finding an answer.

If it is simply about the mouse cursor pop up in the dialogue screen.

First try changeing your mouse . couple times ,then we can really discover if there is an oppressive codex in the game doing that to you .

 

It is not normal that a cursor would dominate your dialogue screen. But not normal with this game ... is the norm.
