Converting a mod from vanila skyrim to SSE

Hi guys im wondering if it would be a easy proces to convert this mod "https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/86441?tab=files" (azog custom race) to skyrim special edition ?

The mod author already transfered the companion part of the mode "https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11982?tab=posts" to sse,
but not the custom race and sculp present for race menu part of the mod, so im wondering if that would require a lot of work and knowledge of modding
or is that something a idiot like me can handle, and how would i do it ?
