I loaded up your mod in the kit and I got the following message:

PATHFINDING: NavMesh in cell Wilderness (Tamriel[-10,-20])

It continues with similar warnings. I stopped counting after 20, but I'd estimate it reached to about 40-60 warnings.

 

I took a quick look at your NavMesh, and you have several overlapping triangles, as well as some Island meshes. Did you NavMesh by hand or did you let the Kit generate one for you?

For the interiors I used the auto generated option, for the exterior I have auto generated, done it by hand, auto generate + hand.

 

I have removed the navmeshing and redone it almost 15 times.

 

 

So how do I resolve this issue? What am I doing wrong, or skipping?
