Wolves and other creatures not attacking

Was testing out my 2019 load order after getting some of my mods like HDT SMP fixed after Skyrim's latest update and found one big issue and that is wolves and other creatures aren't aggroing me properly. They just stand there. They'll enter combat but they won't move or anything as if there AI or animations are broke. Now I do have a couple of combat mods but I don't think they should be breaking creature AI since there doesn't seem to be any reports of it. Also I do have the creature pack for FNIS but made sure to run FNIS properly for it. Ran LOOT within Vortex to sort my load order but still getting this issue. Would appreciate any advice any have that could help fix this issue please.

Edit: I found the solution on a old archive thread. It was caused by broken animations for some reason by FNIS. I De-installed creatures in FNIS and fixed the issue.
