Finding a weapon.

I've downloaded the Suomi M31 as uploaded by Millenia, as can be found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57679

As I do not like facing a weapon on raiders and Legion that in real life is uncommon, I've tried to get rid of it being in the leveled list via the GECK, by checking boxes in the flags. I'd like to point out that I'm incredibly incompetent with the GECK and I'll only be using it for those little changes. I load the game, and I do not find it where the description on the mod page says it would be.

I've gone on FNVedit to track down its item ID; xx000ADE (Load order was 18 for me). But typing this in revealed that no such object existed.

Have I forgotten something? Have I done something wrong?

I just want to shoot a Suomi in peace.

My guess is you failed to find it in FNVEdit because you entered the wrong "mod index". Remember that those start at "00" in hex, which is the base number system used for record IDs. See if you have better luck using 17.
