mightymuffin007
I know that SKSE is only working off 1.7.7.0, and Skyrim is updated to 1.7.7.06. Every time I load up skse, it says it is not the correct version, and all my SKSE mods don't work. I'm just checking to see if there is a legitimate work-around, or if I just need to play the waiting game until they release a new version for this update. For me, I just don't see the difference between the two except for the number 6. Does that really make that much of a difference in terms of compatibility? I followed the readme on how to add everything into the folder. I also double-checked to make sure all old skse stuff (like the .dll files) were removed. I don't really want to remove all the skyrim folders so I can clean everything out, then re-download everything just to have it say please wait. Rabbit1251
My version of SKSE is mismatched to my version of Skyrim and I get these warnings all of the time, but SKSE still works for my mods. Have you noticed you SKSE dependant mods not working for you? Rabbit
mightymuffin007
Yes. I used to get the warnings on an older version too, but the mods worked. After I updated SKSE, nothing worked. I've updated all my mods recently, but I may just go over them again to make sure there wasn't another update or something.
