Skyrim mod does not work

I installed the mod with nexus mod manager but does not work for me ... I do not know what to do ... help me D: ....how to run the mod? :wallbash:

First, is the mod you installed showing up in data files? If so, is it checked to be active? Second, what mod are you talking about?

Does your mod need the SKSE to run ? Skyrim Script Extender ?

 

I´d bet its either that or the mod isnt activated !

Did you add the line bEnableFileSelection=1 under the [Launcher] in the SkyrimPrefs ini located in 'Documents>My Games>Skyrim' aka the save file folder!

 

the bEnableFileSelection=1 line makes mods appear in your game use wordpad to edit the SkyrimPrefs ini file

 

 

it should look like this when done

 

[Launcher]

bEnableFileSelection=1

Don't use wordpad, use notepad! Nevertheless, if NMM is installed correctly and you have everything else you need you shouldn't have to edit the ini file anyway (I've never had to).

I may have found the problem ... I tried all the methods that I have recommended your ... but did not work ... thank you anyway ... but I watched the video on youtube and I saw that I strangely do not have the item in the Start menu data files ...and now? :facepalm:

Maybe he's talking about B.O.S.S. thinking it's a mod?

 

I know I'm old and slow and so unhip it's amazing I can even walk...but the START MENU?!
