How do i make the actors window smaller

I'm a noob with the creation kit and when i try to edit my npcs i can't even see the bottom of the screen. I've found a couple of ways to bypass this but I can't really edit their appearence without being able to look at the face window on the right. Anyone know how to shrink it? I've tried in Skyrim Editor Prefs but can't figure it out. Any help is appreciated.

Have you tried just changing/moving the screen size with the cursor drag, just like yo would with a regular browswer window? That's how I do it.

yep. Its locked and wont reduce size. Guess i'll have to change something. I've tried a few things but nothings worked so far.
