rmm200
While retracing your steps, remember you can stop Vortex and run your game.Go to your game directory and launch the skse64 loader directly. When that works, we can worry about your Vortex shortcuts. SmartassCross
Ok, somehow I used the data from the 2.0.7 version. I made sure I was using the new version and it works launching from Vortex and I no longer get the SKSE/SkyUI error. Now it looks like I simply have the imported mods missing. The save game is corrupt and, while unfortunate as I'm a little over 20 levels in, its not a huge deal and I can live with it. Now should I simply reinstall the mods that show as enabled in my mod list to get them to show in my plugins?
SmartassCross
Ok, I apparently was using an old version folder. After double checking and using the new version, it launches fine from Vortex and I no longer get the SKSE/SkyUI error message. However I'm still missing all the imported mods from NMM. They still show as enabled however and I have deployed them a couple times without them showing up in my plugin list. My save file says it is corrupt and, while disappointing as I'm about 20 levels in, I'm ok with starting over. Should I just use the reinstall function to get the "enabled" mods to show in my plugin list? Sorry, it didnt post my above reply and I retyped it. Sorry for the double post
AugustaCalidia
Sigh, since following Augusta's instructions, the shortcut no longer works and gives the same error. Let me retrace my steps and see if I screwed something up. I was just playing the game fine 4 days ago and I just want to de-stress from finals. You have the correct target path and the updated SKSE64 loader, but you may not have all of the updated .dll files from SKSE64_2_00_15. Open up that folder and copy and paste the two .dll files into your game folder along with the Data folder, which contains the Scripts folder. As for your moribund mods, what happens if you purge (a non-destructive process) and then re-deploy? EDIT. Strike out my first paragraph, You've solved your problem about SKSE64. Congratulations! SmartassCross
Ok, so I tried reinstalling ordinator and that re-dployed all my mods however only ordinator showed up as a new plugin in addition to the ones already showing. It seems if I reinstall and replace the imported mods they should work. I cannot for the life of me understand what I did wrong while importing for them not to show in my plugins though. I was sure to follow the guide step-by-step as I know I'm not that great with these things and was being very careful
