Can't properly use images in Signature

I have tried inserting an image that leads to a url in my signature but keep getting a Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions, please try another image. error message.

 

I have tried 3 image links:

and I have tried a completely different image as well.

 

My current signature is displaying an image via My Media but even if I wrap the url bbcode around it it doesn't link to the url.

Above my signature editing box it notes:

Your signature may contain:
⢠Any number images ⢠Images up to 450 x 300 pixels ⢠Any number of URLs ⢠Any number of lines

Hey, I've updated your signature using standard BBCode and removed this line:

[sharedmedia=core:attachments:202703]

It now links to OBIS redone when clicked.

 

Is that what you were going for?

Yes, thank you very much but now I want to get rid of the text but I can't because it gives me the same error message.

 

Can you please remove the text?

@Pickysaurus I am having a issue why doesn't my signature work

 

now that is interesting...when I copied the BB Code it worked (as it should) but when I went to edit it (cause I Didn't have what the Signature was) the [/img] part is between the part so was it user error?
