Need serious help on modding!!!

and that is called thread necromancy. Like bumping it is not allowed in this forum. If you have waited more than a month for an answer then I suggest you read the sticky threads posted throughout this forum. They explain how to do everything from downloading mods to building them. I'm sure if you had read them that you would have solved this problem by now. Be sure to read the forum rules so that you don't end up with a another warning or even worse, getting banned.

I can see your frustration in your posts. I don't use oldblivion and don't know anyone who still does. However, I do have a set of help files for learning to install mods in regular Oblivion. There is a simple mod included that does not requires anything, no upgrades, no patches, no OBSE, no textures, no meshes. It should work with any version - However I have not heard of it being tried with Oldblivion.

Go through the help files in order, you will be prompted to download a mod, unzip the mod, install it into oblivion, activate it and play it.

This is as simple as a mod gets.
