fallout 4 lag

hi,
I find Fallout 4 incredibly good and of course I also play it with mods.
What I just don't understand is why I have so many lags.

When I watch videos on Youtube, where Fallout 4 lets plays are shown, where many more mods are used, and it's almost no lags there.

Then of course I ask myself why this is the case with me.

Most of the lags I have occur when running in the open 0pen in the 3erd person view.
Can you influence this somehow via bagfixes or ini file settings? If so, how?

Try using these three mods and see if they help.

 

FPS dynamic shadows, Boston FPS Fix, and Smooth First Person Sprint.

 

Reduce shadows to high, if set at ultra. Set it to medium if set to high if above mod for shadows doesn't work.
