Topic and voice issues

First let me say that I am running a lot of mods. I use wrye bash. I have issues with topics not showing up for some of my mods, some are fine. Also some custom voice files don't work, some do. I have followed any and all instructions I could find regarding solving these issues. It is NOT an installation problem I assure you. Before posting my extensive load order(soon I will, not at home now), I thought I would ask if anyone had these problems before.

 

P.S. I think bash tagging may help, but I am unsure which tags to use.

Most of the tagging can be done automatically with BOSS, do you use it?

I used BOSS before my computer's win10 destabilized. Rebuilt it and now BOSS won't work. It just says no oblivion is present. I mostly adhere to the logical load order method. If you know what that is...

Even if nothing values a good dubbing you can always make the NPC's move their lips while speaking using TES4Gecko

That's not the problem. The topics in question aren't available in the dialogue options. You know like "directions" from a guard or "rumors" from a bar keep. Also it is affecting some quests from Elsweyr mods. No good at all...

It looks like you have a mod adding dialogues with a too high priority, disable a bunch of mods, check if the problem remains etc

That's a lot of mods... Most don't touch dialogues. Could we narrow it down a bit. I'm leaning towards 'The Hole' maybe. It is very aggressive. It has an Earthquake topic that literally almost everyone knows about. Even in Elsweyr.

Then disable "The hole" and check what happens. When you want to fix a mod-related problem, have a long load list and are clueless you have to be patient.

I will try it. There is a quest in 'Elsweyr Deserts of Anequina' called "I dremora genie. It's a stupid simple quest and is active according to getstage in the console. It is supposed to advance when you pick up a lamp. A dremora appears as it should but what is supposed to happen next doesn't happen. It just says "make it quick" and walks away, instead of initiating dialogue. When i talk to it, BAM, earthquake and rumors. I can't find any reports of this problem online. Meaning it's my problem, not the mod. There are some others that don't work as well, but that one is a good example.
