Custom Magazine Turned 90 degrees

I have an issue with a custom Hot Rodder magazine I created for a mod. The trouble is that when you pick it up the magazine looks fine. When you look at it in your inventory the magazine is rotated 90 degrees clockwise. We have found only one transform that controls this and we set that correct. Are there more than one we need to change? Thanks for any help!
