vandorssen Posted April 11, 2004 Author Share Posted April 11, 2004 My copy of Norton Anti-Virus for Windows v.1.0 shows 16,073 viruses for Windows 3.x and DOS. OS/2 has 1,243 viruses, mostly of the macro virus variety for Microsoft products that ran under OS/2. And, yes, for the record, Windows 3.1 (not Windows 3.11 for WorkGroups) was a virus.
