5MHdxfn
Dear developers, Vortex Is great piece of work. I found Nexus Mod Manger helpful but Vortex is on top. I found a behavior of Vortex which is not as it should be, in my opinion. Hint: I am using Vortex with separated save games for each Profile. (Great Option!) I am running Vortex with great success with Skyrim SE. I decided to use Vortex for Fallout 4, too. I transferred the Fallout Mods to Vortex. Then I changed the management game from Fallout 4 back to Skyrim. Loading Skyrim and non of my actual Save Games appeared. To be precise: All General Save Games were visible in Skyrim load but none of my actual used profile. I used the Skyrim start by Vortex with actual profile active. Not a big thing. I copied the profiles saves to general and was able to load the one I wanted. When I start Skyrim again there where no save from my copied run. Last save game was one I did before I had the missing save game issue.I solved this by another copy action. Wild guessing: Vortex forgot the save game path when I managed Fallout. After playing Skyrim, Vortex remember the path. I am afraid of: Vortex will forget settings when I start to play Skyrim and Fallout in rotation. AugustaCalidia
What happens if you run "deploy" when you switch from one game to another? Do your saves show up then?
rmm200
Confirmation post.I have taken to hitting Deploy whenever I change games or Profiles.Seems to eliminate any save game problems.
