3D modeling software question

does anyone know of any good 3D model making software that can be used on a android tablet and then moved to pc for finishing on blender or some other software?

ok well then are there any bits of hardware i can get for 3D modeling that isn't the digital pad and pen most use for drawing art i would have so many issues with that unless they've made ones that would work as well as if i was just drawing/modeling on my screen
