After playing Skyrim for a long time I decided to dust off my copy of Oblivion and give it some life with Oblivion Reloaded, particularly its shadow settings. Shadows work great within the game, every tree and object cats a shadow, quite the sight to see in Oblivion. The problem, however, is that when I move the camera around I can see tree canopy shadows move with the camera, like they are being cast by a tree far away but decided to follow my line of sight. These weird shadows will only get drawn on top of grass too. I usually see them on a far cell that hasn't loaded yet. Once I get close these moving shadows disappear and I see them again in the distance. Its a fresh Oblivion install and am using MO2. EDIT1: apparently turning the grass rendered off in the oblivion reloaded ini fixes the problem, however shadows won't cast on top of grass.
