Inserting links into mod long description

New here, just wondering if anyone knows how to do this. I just uploaded my first mod here and I want to link to a few other mods in the long description that I think go well with it. I tried "a href" but it didn't seem to work. Anyone know how to do this? If anyone could tell me how to put images in there as a bonus I'd appreciate it too.

Just use BB Code

 

If you, for example, want to add a link in your description you merely use the same BB code for the link as you would in a post. Same goes for images.

 

Pro-tip:

Type/paste your description page into a post, then click the "preview post" button to check whether your links/images/etc. work as intended before copying it into your description page.
