sinnerman69 Posted August 27, 2012 Share Posted August 27, 2012 You'll have to see my answer in spoiler tags hidden The levelers tower mod has cheat buttons that well give you all the perks and skill's you need, you can max out to level 845 with the levelers tower mod and all its features and there are several other mods on nexus mod download that well let you have all perks including dawnguard vampire lord and the new werewolf perks, just type perks in search on nexus download page Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
