Retrieval of Main Account

So, I moved to a new house back just at Christmas 2018, and basically I'm no longer using the same ISP, meaning the old email associated with my Main Account (OstrixTheOstrich) located here, I can no longer access: https://www.nexusmods.com/users/61764486v

I have read the rules (Well, now I have anyway) and am aware that multiple accounts per person aren't okay, but it was never my intention to have two in the first place. I simply use this one because I've lost my old email and can't quite get my old password right anyway, only roughly what it is. I'm sorry if this isn't the right place to put this, no other place seemed appropriate, but really I just need a staff's assistance with this.

 

The sole reason for this account's existence (Obviously, since it has Disposable Account right in the name) was so I could download mods despite "losing" my main account. On my Main PC (This is being posted on a laptop I lack frequent access to, but I can respond on other devices) I still am logged in on the account I linked above, but the following two things are keeping me from doing anything with that:

1: I'm kind of scared to change the password considering I can't get the original one right in the first place.

2: Even if I could deal with the password, The email thing is another story as I fear I'll need to use the old email to verify the new one, and/or maybe even verify on both emails, (And now I'm wondering why I'm scared of that happening since it's not like that on other sites, but then again all sites could be different from each other) plus in order to get internet access on my main PC, I need my big bro to tether me with his phone, which he doesn't really like doing very often or for very long.

 

So anyway, TL;DR: I need the email and password changed on my main account, and then I will get this one closed.

P.S if I were to log into my main account on NMM with the new mods I've installed by downloading and transfering from another PC/Account, would the servers and stuff treat it as though I had downloaded the new mods on the main account and "add" them to the list of mods my Main account has downloaded? (I.E On this account, I've downloaded (Among a couple hundreds of others) "East Empire Shipping", but my Main account doesn't have that mod registered as downloaded. By logging into my main account again in NMM, will this mod get added to that list on my Main? Hopefully I put this in a way that wasn't too hard to swallow. I can put it in other words if needed.)

 

P.P.S My new email is still being set up for actually being used, so I'm posting this for help in advance.
