Help! Can't Uninstall Mods

All the mods have been working fine, but when I get to the Western Approach, I have to remove any texture mods involving nature or else it won't load. So, I go to turn those mods off before I start that section of the map and my mods won't turn off. I did a test on my appearance mod (hair, complexion, etc.) and they are still in the game. I moved the patch_modmanger folder to see if that helps, but the mods are still in the game. I remove ALL mods, deleted that patch folder, and still they are there. I haven't come across this before. Does anyone know a way around this?

Please I could really use some help here. I know this game is old an all, but people still come in here right? I could never remove my mods, so I did a game repair. That still didn't work and I ended up having to reinstall the whole thing. Now I can't even play the game at all. I ran a couple of mods, the game freezes at start up. I tried a couple of different mods and the game freezes. Decided to load without any mods and the game freezes. I'm starting to get very frustrated with this. I'm at a complete loss as to what to do.

seems this is the solotion (for dlcs but no for BE DLC) worked for me:

"If you delete the "ModData" folder every time you alter your modlist, Frost MM will regenerate the folder when you next try to launch through it. Then everything works as it should.

Apparently, the ModData folder wasn't deleted when I uninstalled DAI, which I probably should have realized. "

I know you wrote this over a year ago but did you ever get this solved? I have been pulling my hair out trying to fix this same issue and Iâm not coming up with anything.
