Someone please help me with this, I've tried everything I could think of.

This problem started yesterday after I installed some mods I thought were missing (they actually weren't. Like for example, I installed SkyUI thinking I didn't have it installed, but I did - just from the workshop on Steam.) Eventually I got fed up with this error and said f*** it, and I deleted every single one of my mods, all of the plugins, and verified Skyrim's integrity just to make sure I didn't accidentally delete any of Skyrim's original files. (I had to go in and remove plugins from when I moved everything from NMM to Vortex, I wanted an absolute clean slate.)

So then after making sure Skyrim by itself ran fine (and it did, surprisingly, I know,) I went on to install SKSE from Steam and SkyUI from the workshop just as I have always done because it has always worked for me. I checked Skyrim and everything ran fine, so I went on with installing my favorite ENB. ENB worked fine, the game didn't crash or anything, it was all good. Went on to installing Vivid weather, Real Clouds, Real Roads, ect. It all worked fine.

So after making sure that I installed some of my "world" mods and they worked good, I went on to install RaceMenu and NetImmerse Override. That's when I got this error saying: "RaceMenu Error(s): You are running SKSE version 0.0.0.0 expected 1.7.2.47 or greater. NiOverride plugin not detected, various features may be unavailable. CharGen plugin not detected, various features may be unavailable. CharGen script not detected, various features may be unavailable. Error codes: (0)(3)(4)(6)"

I've uninstalled NetImmerse after reading RaceMenu and seeing that it's already included in versions 2.0 and greater. (I installed version 3.4.5) I reran Skyrim to see if that would fix it, I still got the same error. I uninstalled RaceMenu and reinstalled it, thinking a clean install might change something but no, I got the same error.

I checked the SKSE file in Skyrim's data folder and I have a folder named "Plugins" and below that I have "_folder_managed_by_vortex" which is actually just a file. Then in the Plugins folder I have both "chargen.dll" and "nioverride.dll" and both of their configuration things, so I don't know why is would say both those aren't detected?

I've looked up this problem multiple times but every single time I find something it's always on Skyrim Special Edition, and I just have regular Skyrim. Keep in mind I did install SKSE manually - following a video and everything although there are no new videos on it - yesterday and still had the same problem. I'm kind of at my wits end and I just want to play Skyrim with the mods I love. I don't know that much about modding but I've tried doing this as carefully as I can, and after posting this I'm going to go unsubscribe from SkyUI on steam and uninstall SKSE from steam, then try to download them both manually, but I doubt it'll work since it didn't work yesterday. Some people on SSE have said that it's not SkyUI, it's not RaceMenu, it's not whatever, but I don't know what else it could be.

Any help is appreciated and I'll be glad to give information that might help people understand what went wrong where.

Okay, I uninstalled SKSE from steam (haven't done SkyUI yet) and I installed it manually using the 7zip and everything, carefullying following along with the readme it gives you (which, now I'll always be sure to do instead of looking at a video for help, because the videos never mentioned anything about copying .pex files) and I rebooted up Skyrim and it seems the error has gone away. I am still iffy about it, worried that when I go to install a new mod like one of the HDT Heels or Physics I'm going to get another error (which originally happened yesterday, the HDT error for wrong DLL or something like that popped up first) so I'm going to keep this here.

I still have the same error if I boot up Skyrim from Vortex (which I always do) but not if I boot it up from Steam, and yes all my mods work there too, so I don't know what's going on. For some reason booting up Skyrim through Vortex I guess just disables my SKSE or something? I'm not sure.
