threepointrest
Recently, (day before yesterdayish) I downloaded some mods (listed below) from SkyrimNexus. They worked fine for the rest of the night, and I went to bed quite content with the new game I had started. The next day, I reopened Skyrim to play, and all of the saves were corrupted. What a bummer, I figured, but what's one day? So, I started another new game, and continued playing. Now, today, I can't load anything at all. Instead of giving me a corrupted save message like yesterday, I just get an infinite loading screen. It still seems to be working (animated load screen, music, tips/lore, etc) However, Task Manager says that Skyrim is not responding. I can, however, start new games. Those saves become corrupt as well, however. How can I fix this? I'd love to recover my recent saves, but if that's not possible, then it doesn't matter. *Mods:A Quality World Map - With RoadsApachiiSkyHair_v_1_4 fullBetter Dynamic Snow v2-12Calientes Female Body [CBBE]Calientes Vanilla Outfits for CBBE - Calientes Vanilla Armor - Combined Pack v 2-1-0Dovahkiin Hideout- Hideout0_9_2Level Curve Rebalance- Higher Level Cap
DieNowIdiots
I have the same problem, but i don't use any of your mods that you have listed so i don't think its a mod problem. A work-around for me is to do the insta-load glitch (ctrl+alt+delete and then escape). It loads the save files and lets me play. Also while fast traveling you might have to do that too :\. So far i've not found a solution and i've had the problem for about a couple months now.
Georgiegril
Have you tried limiting your fps to something, but not 30? Weird but it works! I had infinite loads at 30 and Kievkev suggested that might be the problem,,,,changed to 33 fps and poof! No more long loads!
Folkvangr
It's likely due to "A Quality World Map - With Roads" mod, but not directly. If you edited the Skyrim.INI as it suggested, and added any tweaks that modify the map LOD (such as "uLockedObjectMapLOD=8"), that can cause infinite loading screens. I had this problem a few weeks ago and the added lines turned out to be the culprit.

However, turning off the mod didn't work, and after an hour or so of searching, I couldn't find a Skyrim.ini anywhere. Is that even possible, or am I just too stupid to find it? Lansat
I actually have a similar issue but it only applies to saves made in outdoor locations.
