Is there an easier way to patch mod conflicts?

Fo4Edit gives me headaches trying to use it. It's too complicated. I need something where I can just say "overwrite conflicts with Mod A and Mod B with data from Mod A", something like that. Where you deal with each plugin as a whole. This is a function I used alot with the Witcher 3 Script Merger.

 

Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
