RitualBlack
Skyrim does not need more than the 4gb it can already use. I also believe that it can't possibly use more than 4gb since it is a 32-bit application. If your game crashing often I would look more towards the load order. vasthrana
It's allready a LAA aware exe. It CAN use more than 4gb... To use more you would either increase your ugridstoload values (which normally introduce instability) or increase your interior/exterior cells to load. The memory tweaks I am currently running to provide it as much ram it needs are:[skyrim.ini]Under the [General] sectionfMasterFilePreLoadMB=512.0000iPreloadSizeLimit=536870912iMaxAllocatedMemoryBytes=4000000000 My loading times are a little longer than usual but it's much more stable now. Georgiegril
As I understand this(documentation from Windows)a 32-bit process using the LAA with Windows 7 64 can use at most 4GB, regardless of available memory.
vasthrana
My bad xD Still, using more than 4gb of memory would seem rather difficult to achieve with this game, highest I've got was 3.2gb and thats with 13gb of texture add-ons D:
