Fallout 4 CTD

Hi and good day guys, soo my problem is Fallout 4 got a CTD i'm really sure are the mods, but the CTD is really strange it seems appear in a specific location (look the photos i've linked on imgur), i've got a lot of mods soo be patient, i'm not good with fo4edit but i've got it, i've also LOOT and of course i've sorting my load order when i've installed mod, before this CTD i've already had CTDs but in different places that aren't specific, below the load order and link of images of imgur

first of all take all of the clean and simple settlement esps and merge them together. on the download page of that mod the author has a seperate download with all of the esps seperate so you can merge a unique set of them yourself. there is a video of how to do it on the page too. I love that mod but don't like the castle/starlight/bunker hill/etc so I made my own merged esp. also any time I try and use creation club mods with nexus mods it crashes the game like crazy. as soon as I get rid of the CC mods my game is stable. it also looks like you use a lot of little bugfix/gameplay changing mods that could be all merged together too. Oh and try Gambit77's load order guide your load order is severly in need of help in that regard. :)
