Sunspot Posted January 15, 2020 Share Posted January 15, 2020 The short answer is yes, it is possible to successfully run SSE in 21:9 at 3440 X 1440. I have a Dell ultrawide with the same aspect ratio and resolution as you. I was getting perfect results by changing the resolution and aspect ratio in the games own start menu under OPTIONS by unticking the "Windowed Mode" and the "Borderless" boxes and the dropdown bar for resolution in the upper section should be empty, I would hit OK and it worked. I realize this is getting to you belatedly and I hope you've found a fix . I am presently using MO2 as a mod manager and have put together a new profile and now am having trouble with the aspect and resolution - at intro screen it is gray barred on the sides and in game the top of the screen is cutoff so the top of the menu is not visible, So I am most curious as to whether and how you solved your issue. I did not touch the ini settings at first - as my first solution was working, but lately the cropping issue has been present. Thanks for any response .
