CTD when trying to load game in outdoors

I can load the game fine on a save where my character is indoors, but it won't load outdoors AT ALL. I've tried clean saves and I've tried starting a whole new game. Still nothing. This is what papyrus tells me but, tbh, I have no idea what it means.

wait, just noticed this.

[06/03/2019 - 12:16:38AM] VM is frozen"

I'm CTD because I'm out of virtual memory????

Ignore the papyrus log, you do not have the knowledge to interpret it, and it does not show the information that you think.

If you use SKSE etc, make sure it is up to date and compatible with the latest Skyrim patch. Make sure that ALL your mods are up to date, and also make sure ALL the mods that you are using do not have any missing masters/dependency mods or your game WILL crash on load.

so yes, I am using mods. I'm loading everything with Mod Organizer 2. SKSE is up to date. I just recently started my modded game from scratch because I hadn't played skyrim for a few months and noticed there was an update when I tried to play again recently. When I finally finished, everything loaded fine initially, but then I forgot that I didn't add my DynDoLOD textures and output. After adding that, the game won't load any outdoor saves, even AFTER I uninstalled DynDoLOD stuff. It will only load indoor saves

Begin a new game. Without any mods. Then start adding a few mods back at a time.

I did. CTD. Only game I can load in is the game I initially started with all the mods except the DynDoLOD in the indoor space. Once I try to go outside, CTD.

I just remembered something though. I had to turn off Dawn of Skyrim plus the patch to make it work with JKs skyrim for one reason or another. I'll go check that real quick

OK I do remember a while ago seeing something about messing with the LOD's and how risky it can be when upgrading things.. I'll try to see if I can find what I read before and see if it is any help.. there has to be a way to make this work..
