Some invisible stuff

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

This is the first time I've modded Fallout 3, and most of it is fine. I am having trouble with some of the npc. When I got to Megaton, one of the residents there had an invisible body, so it was basically a floating head and hands. Also, when I left Megaton, the K-9 unit started talking to me, but I couldn't see it. It now follows me and attacks enemies but I just can't see it. My last issue is that my first companion's (Malcom) clothes change depending on what angle I am looking at him. Sometimes his clothes are orange, sometimes they have the texture of the streets, and sometimes it kind of looks like a computer keyboard. I tried the fookunity website, but maybe it's down because I can't access it. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Re-toggle AII, rearrange your load order (WMK should load after any FOOK2 plugins, EVE is integrated, Fellout is integrated unless you want darker nights, and your other mods I have never used), activate all of the FOOK2 plugins, and install/activate the FOOK2 hotfixes. Edited by blove

I have re-installed all plugins and downloaded the hotfixes. Sadly, when I run the game with the hotfixes, I can't play it. It shows the Bethesda Softworks logo and all that stuff, but when it's supposed to list the main manu, no options are shown. If I add the FOOK2.esp, the game crashes as soon as it starts running. Here is the list of plugins that I have.

I am guessing, but the problem you are having is trying to run FOOK and FWE at the same time. These two programs do not work together. Fellout is included in FOOK, this would also cause a problem. You do not have Mart's Mutant Mod, therefore you do not need the MMM-FOOK2-DIK.esp.

You should get BOSS and let it sort your load order: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10193
