Water reflection issue

I'm using NVDefaultClimate and NVCleanWaterVault22 for the basic water. But I cannot figure out what is causing the water to do this.

Now it's probably some stupid simple setting that I've over looked or something that I don't know about making new exterior cells.

So nobody can figure out why I'm getting a huge graphical error? I've tried changing my settings and whatnot and it's still the same. As soon as I can get this figured out, I can get my newest update for my tardis mod out there. Lotta work into a new quest and a few new weapons and it's gathering dust cuz I can't figure this damn thing out.

Not sure just guessing but, have you set reflections and, Refraction to the objects in your worldspace for you water. i know in interiors without reflection, refraction water just is clear. (Invisible) You'll also likely have to add a water noise texture to your worldspace to give it the motion that water needs.
