Are Creation Club Mods the most bugged mods ever?

I stopped playing Fallout 4 in Early March because of a unknown bug with the settlement workbench where all the settlers started shooting down on top of the settlement workbench, even when nothing was built in the Settlement, the bug turned me off and made me turn to non Bethesda games!..

 

I'm going to try playing again, but this time without any creation club content, to see if it was creation club content causing the settlers to shoot down on the workbench!.

 

I noticed a lack of new creation club content since March and mostly updates to old creation club mods, when I'd checked for new creation club content over the last couple of months or so!..

 

I want to get all settlement's built and get all the achievements, but bugs in the game keep turning me off and away from playing!..

I dont know. I do know that sometime last year they introduced a game breaking bug (that still hasn't been fixed). When you go to Covenant and try to do the quest or pick something, I can no longer earn any xp. This is why, whenever I go near there I save beforehand and just passthrough.

 

Does anyone know how I can fix this game breaking bug. Also note I do not have any mod that changes Covenant. Or anything that alters the xp gain.
