Hostile Housecarl

For starters, I'll apologize if this topic is already here. I did a basic search but found nothing similar.

In my game, I'm running mods from Steam: Dragon Priest Mask Quest Markers and Dovakiin Hideout. Today, not yesterday or any time in the past, I went into Honeyside and Proudspire with Kharjo, my follower. In each house, the housecarl became hostile toward my Khajiit. They're killed off, and while I realize I can resurrect them, I'd rather not have to do that.

What changed between Aug 29th and Aug 30th to make my housecarls so angry?

Thanks!

Kharjo needs a flea bath? Seriously, I just googled "skyrim housecarl hostile attacks follower" and found others who've had similar experiences. It may be related to a crime you comitted, it may be related to a certain Skull, possibly faction-related.....OR perhaps just a weird glitch. Edited by digitaltrucker

Load a save just before the first attack....fast travel to another location....hit wait for 24 hours....Fast travel back to previous location...and see if that changes anything....That procedure re-sets NPC AI's and works for many such similar situations.

I searched something similar last night and primarily found fighting tactics for followers. Interspersed were some posts about hostile NPCs, but I found none with a specific kind of character. C'est la vie.

Either it was a weird glitch that his sense resolved itself, or it was related to the belongings I was supposed to pick up from Whitrun's Prison. Regardless, Iona now tolerates Kharjo.

Thanks.
