bigce
Hello, as the title reads, it crashes, no idea why, followed the instructions to the letter, can anyone help ? Should I create a clean save ( a save without any mod in it ) before i attempt to load SKSE ? My pc is fine, can more than handle ultilmate graphics for skyrim, and other games, so my pc isnt the problem ...Much appreciated. bigce
Since the SKSE website wasn't opening for me, I had my friend download it for me, and I took it from him when I saw him, so anyway, I just opened the website and realized that it supports 1.7.0.0, and I think my skyrim version is 1.7.0.6, I'll wait for a new SKSE, lol sorry
Deleted4547977User
SKSE is support for skyrim 1.7.7.0.6SKSE only update if skyrim is update to (so you want to waiting for Skyrim patch 1.8?)
robert101410
well i have the same problem sometimes but usually its when i install a mod and when the mod doesn't work with another one so if you installed a mod before it started to crash that might be the problem
bigce
Before I installed SKSE, everything worked perfectly, after that I can still play skyrim with my mods, but just without loading it from the skse loader. It clearly states : " SKSE will support the latest version of Skyrim available on Steam, and only this version (currently 1.7.7.0). " on the SKSE website, so I guess 1.7.7.0.6 is perhaps not supported ?
Georgiegril
No, I have the latest skse and skyrim 1.7.7.0.6. and they work fine. You probably need to revisit the installation instructions, remember to remove old versions and also to copy/paste the .pex files as directed. Also make sure you are using the launch skse button on NMM.
