iiXgAmerXaNimeCosplay Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 (edited) So basically every time i try to enter Pinewatch to do a quest for the Thieves Guild, i get CTD. I don't know what's going on. I tried checking LOOT and nothing seems wrong there. Tried TES5EDIT and still nothing. I thought maybe it was a bad save so i tried using the Save Cleaner to maybe see if my save was corrupted but nothing is wrong with it. I even tried disabling mods and still i keep crashing! I can't continue with the quest if i keep CTD every time i enter the cottage. Has anyone else have had this problem and found a way to fix it? :sad: Edited June 11, 2019 by iiXgAmerXaNimeCosplay
saurusmaximus Posted June 12, 2019 Posted June 12, 2019 Start a new game with your current load order. Once you are done with the initial cave outside of Helgen (if you don't have an alternate start mod), open the console and type "tmm 1 1". This will unlock all the location markers. Fast travel to Pinewatch and see if you can go in. If you can, your current savegame is borked, and there isn't much you can do. If you can't, then you have a mod conflict somewhere. Unfortunately, the only way to do that is to, disable one mod at a time, start a new game, and see. Start with any mod that touches Pinewatch or TG quests. It could also be a bad texture, so check any texture mods for cottages/caves. Good luck!
