stoaty6666 Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 hi pretty sure when I started playing FNV a couple of years ago my followers used to sleep in their home a lot more than they do now,take the lucky 38 they walk around a lot but I am yet to see them sleep in a bed. any ideas.thanks
dubiousintent Posted June 11, 2019 Posted June 11, 2019 Not sure if this behavior is part of vanilla, because I have always used the mod "Improved Companion SandBox", but they sleep as part of their "idle" routine when told to "relax" with it installed. You may also need the "JIP Companions Command and Control" mod as well in order to give that command. -Dubious-
madmongo Posted June 12, 2019 Posted June 12, 2019 What followers are you using? If it's a custom follower, make sure their sandbox package allows sleep. If the checkbox to allow sleeping isn't checked, they'll sandbox but won't sleep. As long as they are sandboxing and the package allows sleep, and they can find an unowned and unoccupied bed, they should sleep fairly regularly after about 8 or 9 pm or so. You can also double check what mods you might have that affect the Lucky 38. If the beds are marked to ignore sandbox then NPC's won't try to sleep in them.
